Common questions

Selling to us, answered.

What kind of hardware do you buy?

Servers, storage, networking, drives, memory, processors, graphics cards, laptops and desktops. We buy working stock, untested lots and end of life equipment, whether it is a single pallet or a full data center decommission.

How quickly can you value a lot?

Most valuations come back the same business day once we have a manifest or an asset list. If you do not have one, send photos and rough quantities and we will work from that.

Do you handle data destruction?

Yes. Every drive is securely wiped and a certificate of data destruction is available on request, so the chain of custody is documented for your compliance team.

Who arranges the shipping?

We do. Pickup and freight are arranged for you, including palletizing where needed, so the equipment leaves your site without your team having to organise logistics.

How and when do you pay?

Terms are agreed before collection and payment is prompt on verification. We will tell you the terms up front rather than after the equipment has shipped.
